Do these docs require modification before using them or sending them to a client?
Yes, they do. We write them up with pretty much everything you’ll need but every situation is unique, and every client has their own requirements also. You should always review each document to ensure that it meets your industry or client expectations before sending it out.
Can I get Nailed it Safety Docs to create a custom Safe Work Method Statement?

Once I subscribe, can I really use these docs for my own business?
Yes! As much as you want and for as many jobs as you like.
You can’t pass them onto another business, however (if a mate wants a copy, then tell him to buy his own, eh. You wouldn’t steal a car…)
Can I edit these docs and put my own logo on, change controls and stuff?
Yes! They come in Microsoft docx format for the most part. You can also edit them on a Mac with Microsoft Office or go all fancy online with Google Docs.
We designed them in Microsoft Word however, so you might have to do a bit of tweaking with formatting if you use a different Office Suite.
Who owns the docs once I subscribe?
The documents remain the property of Nailed It Safety Solutions Limited, a Consultancy in the same group as Nailed It Safety Docs Limited.
Nailed It Safety Solutions grants you a license to use these docs for unlimited uses on unlimited sites without having to attribute the docs to us ( Ie you don’t have to mention Nailed It Safety Docs – you can brand them as entirely yours)
What if I decide to cancel my subscription?
If you decide to cancel your subscription – we’re sorry to see you go! We hope you’ll leave us some feedback on our Contact page.
You get to keep any documents that you’ve downloaded but will no longer have access to download new ones or updated versions of your existing ones. The docs are updated quite frequently, so perhaps consider switching to an annual subscription so that you still retain access to updated docs.
